Safeguarding

It is extremely important that we keep our children safe and secure at all times.

In order to do this we have a variety of systems in place to which we ask parents to support

and fully adhere to at all times.

All staff, visitors and volunteers have a responsibility to take prompt action if they are concerned about the safety or welfare of any child. Concerns of a non-urgent or low level nature must still be reported without delay as they may be part of a bigger picture of concern. Any concern about, or raised by, a child must be taken seriously.

If a visitor or volunteer has any concerns about the safety or welfare of a child they should report it to one of the school’s Designated Safeguarding Officers.

Designated Safeguarding/Child Protection staff are:

Designated Safeguarding Lead and Single Point of Contact for Relay (SPOC):

Mrs McDade

Deputy Designated Leads

Mr Rae

Mrs McCullagh

Mrs Robinson

Ms White
